The Bollwark Residence, consisting of four apartment buildings, is located on the north pier of the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz and is surrounded by the sea on three sides.

A short flight of stairs leads from there to the entrance. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.

Through the door, you enter the generously sized kitchen and dining area, which flows seamlessly into the living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a separate island and integrated extractor hood.

The sheltered corner balcony, furnished with high-quality lounge furniture, offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the Baltic Sea and the harbor, stretching all the way to Weidefelder Beach, at any time of day.

Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.

Double box-spring beds guarantee a restful sleep, and both bedrooms offer unobstructed water views.

A designated parking space is available in front of the building.

The apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the area. We will gladly inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
