Eine sehr schöne, saubere, moderne und bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (Steckdosen sind reichlich vorhanden ). Die Lage ist traumhaft, man ist sehr schnell am Hafen und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Die FeWo liegt in absoluter ruhiger Lage und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist ideal. Für Fahrradfahrer ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Weihnachten mit Partner und Hund

Ein sehr neues und tolles Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung und Einrichtung. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand oder auch im Supermarkt. Sehr sauber und vom Check-in bis zum Check-Out lief die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Über Weihnachten war es sehr ruhig und angenehm, da natürlich auf der Großbaustelle außen herum nicht gearbeitet wurde. Die könnte wahrscheinlich etwas stören, wenn man außerhalb von Feiertagen dort Urlaub macht. Aber schöne Dinge müssen ja auch irgendwie wachsen.

Noch kein 5* Sterne Resort

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung . Allerdings war weder aus dem Inserat noch aus den Verwalter- Informationen erkenntlich, dass die Baustelle direkt an die Terrasse grenzt. Es war angegeben, dass sich einiges noch im Bau befindet, aber wenn die Bauarbeiter über die Terrasse laufen oder man keinen Sichtschutz hat , weil es im Wohn- und Eßbereich noch keine Jalousien oder Vorhänge gibt, die Wohnung somit noch nicht fertig ist, hört die Nachsicht und der Spaß auf. Darüberhinaus war vorher keine Option Bettwäsche/Handtücher buchbar, im Inserat war angegeben: Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit mind. 60 Grad gewaschen. Wenn man am Anreisetag dann erfährt, dass Wäsche extra gebucht werden muss, ist dies ärgerlich und gehört sich meiner Meinung nach nicht für einen Inklusivpreis und eine „voll ausgestattete“ Ferienwohnung . Online haben wir für unsere gemeldeten Anliegen keine Antwort bekommen. Nachdem wir dann persönlich bei der Verwaltung erschienen sind, sagte man uns, dass sie eine Flut von Mails erhalten hätten … das sollte uns wohl trösten, dass nicht reagiert wurde ?! Nach persönlichem Erscheinen hat man uns zumindest zügig den defekten Toaster und eine defekte Glühbirne getauscht, dies ging ohne Probleme. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Preise aufgrund des noch nicht fertigen Resorts „angepasst„ seien, aber der von uns dafür gezahlte Preis ist war nicht angemessen, sondern viel zu hoch! Und wer keine großen, nicht formbaren, dicken Kopfkissen mag: eigene mitbringen.
