The floating holiday home Aloha offers breathtaking views of the maritime surroundings through its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and three terraces, one on each level, including a 360° roof terrace. The Baltic Sea is just a short swim ladder away, and the white sandy beach is easily reachable in about 10 minutes on foot.

Even in Nordic weather, Aloha offers cozy comfort thanks to underfloor heating and a private sauna. For entertainment, there's a fiber optic connection with fast internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as Telekom MagentaTV Plus with a wide selection of TV channels, Netflix, and more on a 50-inch UHD TV. You can play your favorite music via Bluetooth through the soundbox in the living/dining area.

The house spans three levels. The bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen on the upper floor and an adjoining terrace invites you to linger and creates a convivial atmosphere. For boat owners, the house offers a private mooring directly at the holiday home, including a 240V power outlet. Two private parking spaces are available right at the jetty.
