There is no more water - The To Huus holiday home impresses with a breathtaking view over the idyllic landscape reserve of the Schleiufer and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Three terraces, phenomenal views and high-quality furnishings with a fireplace and enlarged Finnish sauna invite you to relax.

The To Huus holiday home is located on a narrow promontory in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, between the seas of the Schlei, the Baltic Sea and a sailing and sports boat harbor.

Arrive, feel at home. The inviting living-dining area is open and is located on the ground floor. Through the floor-to-ceiling window front, the view of the reeds of the Schleiuf swaying in the wind and the Schlei, which offers an unforgettable holiday panorama directly in front of the window, falls. The seating area and the wood-burning stove ensure comfort and conviviality, and the underfloor heating throughout the property ensures comfort in every season. Directly adjacent to the living room is the terrace with a guarantee of romance,
because from here you can watch wonderful sunsets from the comfortable beach chair. Whether at a convivial barbecue evening with Weber Grill or with a cup of tea and reading, the close proximity to nature and the sea makes holiday dreams come true. Meanwhile, the Telekom Home Entertainment program provides indoor entertainment, which you can enjoy on the large 55-inch HD TV.

Holiday meals can be prepared in the open - top-equipped - kitchen with a view of the loop.

There are two bedrooms on the second living level. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and walk-in closet and has a direct view of the Schleib. With a morning coffee, early risers can get a taste of pure nature on the adjacent terrace when wild geese, ducks and deer wake up. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and has two single beds that can be pushed together flexibly. An additional bed is on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

Also on the first floor is the bathroom with a personal wellness program: a Finnish sauna for two with a glass front and water view ensures relaxation. For additional comfort there is another shower room on the ground floor.

The highlight of the To Huus holiday home is the roof terrace with a 360 degree water view. Enjoy a sunbath over the things with passing sailing ships on the loop and the marina cinema in view.

There is a separate parking space in front of the house as well as a separate bicycle shed.
