It is situated right at the tip of the northern pier of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. <br><br>The veranda that wraps around the entire house ensures you’ll always find a spot sheltered from the wind where you can enjoy your time by the sea. Equipped with a Finnish sauna, a wood-burning stove, and a large sunroom, this vacation home offers comfort in every season. <br><br>The open-concept living and dining area, facing south with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of sailboats or fishing boats as they sail through the Schleimündung estuary into the Baltic Sea, offers the perfect panorama for enjoying a relaxing vacation. The comfortable leather sofa, smart TV, and two cozy leather armchairs round out the stylish furnishings. <br><br>The well-equipped kitchen ensures you always have a view of the vast Baltic Sea, even while cooking. The heart of the home is the large sunroom. The side walls consist of sliding glass doors. It faces south, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine all day long. Two high-quality sun loungers guarantee pure relaxation. <br><br>A bathroom with a shower and an utility room with a washer, dryer, and sink complete the first floor. <br>An impressive spiral staircase leads from the living and dining area to the upper floor, which features two bedrooms, a separate large Finnish sauna, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. <br><br>Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a TV, and an elegant wooden wardrobe.
