This large, modern apartment for a maximum of 10 people is located in a typical Austrian country house, directly on the slopes of Kaprun in Salzburgerland and is a real ski-in, ski-out accommodation in winter!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is spacious and modernly furnished and offers a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and an open fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. From the balcony you have a unique view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In summer you can also use the large garden. Parking is available directly at the country house.

In Zell am See - Kaprun, the Ski Alpin Card offers a total of 408 kilometers of slopes in 3 top ski areas: the Schmittenhöhe as a family-friendly ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a high alpine experience and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus has a large number of varied slopes.

In addition to winter sports, there are also plenty of sports options for the other seasons: rafting or white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golf on the 18-hole golf course, which is just a few minutes away. The Seespitz and Erlberg public pools in Zell am See also offer lots of swimming fun in summer!

Die Unterkunft war super an der Piste gelegen und sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber haben sich auch während des Aufenthalts mehrfach erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist und ihre Hilfe angeboten. So wünscht man sich das :) Von der Agentur Belvilla bin ich jedoch sehr enttäuschent. Geschäftspraktiken und E-Mail Ansprache sind m.E. zumindest teilweise zweifelhaft und kundenunfreundlich.

Zeer nette en schone accomodatie. Het appartement zag er piekobello uit en ligt op een top locatie aan de piste en met een schitterend uitzicht op Kaprun én de Kitzsteinhorn. De eigenaresse is zeer attent en behulpzaam als je daarom vraagt.

Wij zaten in de woning Kitzsteinhorn met 2 gezinnen(6 kinderen in leefdtijd van 2 tot 8 jaar)De accommodatie lag (ongeveer 900 m hoogte )op de berg,met uitzicht naar het dorp kaprun👌🏻Helemaal top..🤩zeer nette woning met iedere slaapkamer een badkamer..we konden buiten ook gebruik maken van een tuinhuisje met daarin een tuinset,traptractors,fietsje,wat ander buitenspeelgoed..,schommel,glijbaan we konden behalve op het balkon ook daar buiten zitten,top.de kinderen konden zich prima vermaken,die voelde zich helemaal thuis.. en ook wij vonden het een super mooie locatie en alles zag er top uit

Sehr nette Vermieter - Sehr hochwertige Wohnung. Anbindung an die Piste sehr gut. Supermärkte / Skiverleih etc. alles gut mit PKW zu erreichen. Großes Skigebiet Kitzssteinhorn und Schmitten leider aktuell nur mit dem Skibus (ca. 15-20min fahrzeit) erreichbar. Ab Anfang 2020 ist das Kitzsteinhorn direkt mit einem Lift angebunden. Brötchenlieferdienst vorhanden!

Fijne accommodatie die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Wij verbleven hier met 2 gezinnen. Helaas lag het centrum niet op loopafstand, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

De accommodatie was net nieuw, prachtig en comfortabel ingericht. De ligging was perfect, op de Maiskogel. We konden bijna letterlijk naar binnen skiën. De piste was in feite onze tuin. We vertrokken elke ochtend op de skies vanuit huis. Wel moesten we erop letten dat we voor 4 uur de stoeltjeslift naar boven hadden. Dat is met de après ski soms lastig. Eén keer was het op enkele minuten niet gelukt. Dan is het een flinke wandeling naar boven op skischoenen ) We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Oberaigenhof en ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Das Haus war wunderschön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Da jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt, ist es perfekt für Gruppen geeignet. Sehr freundliche Vermieter wo keine Wunsch offen bleibt. Skipiste direkt vor der Tür.

Heel fijn en mooi huis. Wij waren hier met 3 gezinnen met 4 kindjes onder de 2 jaar. De ruimte was hier goed geschikt voor. Wij hebben genoten van het huis.! Het huis was wel heel weg warm. De kachels waren in de kamers nauwelijks regelbaar. Zo heeft ieder zijn smaak qua warmte . Wij vonden het te heet. Voor de rest was het een heerlijk huis!

Super mooie ski in-ski out woning direct aan de piste, ideaal om met gezinnen te verblijven. De kinderen skiën vanuit het huisje naar de ski les en weer terug. Als je naar het dorp wilt dan dien je wel de auto te pakken, of boodschappen op de ski's te doen -)

Erg leuke zomervakantie gehad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Mooi en compleet huis. Leuke uitstapjes waarvoor je niet ver hoeft te rijden. Onder andere de kitzsteinhorn en sigmund thum klamm. Zell am See ook een aanrader. Leuke wandelmogelijkheden. Rondom huis kunnen de kinderen zich ook prima vermaken en onze kinderen zijn in de leeftijd van 2,5 tot bijna 16 jaar.
