  • Your holiday accommodation is located in the heart of Kaprun, at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. The combination of modern design and alpine charm creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere – ideal for couples and families alike.

    The apartment offers 25 to 49 m² of living space for up to four people. The double bed is partially separated from the living area. Some units feature an open-plan bathroom and a separate WC. A sofa bed (120–140 cm wide) in the living area provides sleeping space for up to two children. The balcony invites you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped.

    After an eventful day, you can unwind in our two wellness areas (Family Spa and Adults Only).

    A generous breakfast is available in the on-site restaurant for an additional charge.
