The Apartment Franz is furnished in country house style, which creates the typical Austrian flair. The highlight: In the summer months you are able to jump into our panoramic pool directly from your terrace. During the winter you will reach the slopes within 5 walking minutes. Our studio has a standard capacity of two guests. Nevertheless we are very happy to accommodate your kids upon request. The hillside location provides a marvelous view over the rooftops of Kaprun. Our guests love to relax in the sun loungers at the pool and have a barbecue on warm summer evenings. Of course we provide free parking and Wifi.The kitchen provides everything you need to spoil your beloved ones: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board. The area: The skiing slope can be easily reached by foot (350m) and gives you direct access to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Further Kaprun offers a variety of restaurants for every taste – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Our guests will find a range of shopping possibilities only 400m away (ADEG, Neumair etc.). For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 1,5h, 80km).

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage für den Winterurlaub

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Sauna war nach dem Skifahren ein guter Erholungsort und zur Piste waren es nur ca. 5 min Fußweg. Zwar liegt das Appartement nicht direkt im Dorf, jedoch hat man einen guten Ausblick und kann mit der Piste nebenan, direkt zur Talstation kommen. Erst nach mehrfacher Bitte neue Handtücher bekommen. Leider ging auch das Warmwasser für zwei Tage nicht, jedoch wurde sich darum gekümmert.

Insgesamt schöne kleine moderne Wohnung in guter Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht und Pool. An heißen Sommertagen auch schön kühl. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war leider ungenau. Es gibt in der Wohnung keine Spülmaschine und keinen Backofen, lediglich eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Die 4-er Kochplatte ist separat zustellbar. Da Kochplatte und Mikrowelle moderne Geräte und intuitiv nicht sofort bedienbar sind, wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung hilfreich gewesen (bei Google aber zu finden). Bei der Kaffeemaschine handelt es sich um eine Kapselmaschine. Lecker Kaffee, aber die Filtertüten können zu Hause bleiben. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend, jedoch auch sehr eng (Tür geht nur halb auf und stößt ans Waschbecken-das könnte für große kräftige Menschen schon zum Problem werden). Es sollte eine Alternative für die „Tischdecke“ auf dem Esstisch gefunden werden. Die Klebestreifen halten nicht und so wirkt es leider auch recht unappetitlich.

Potenzial verschenkt

Insgesamt lässt sich sagen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt in Kaprun genossen haben. Die Schlüsselübergabe im Büro hat reibungslos geklappt. Dabei wurden wir äußerst freundlich empfangen und haben noch zusätzliche Informationen über Aktivitäten vor Ort erhalten. Das Objekt war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Vor allem die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und des dazugehörenden Pools waren einwandfrei! Der Ausblick und die Umgebung waren fantastisch, sodass wir uns vor Ort sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Nun zum „Aber“... Leider mussten wir schnell feststellen, dass die Ausstattung in der Wohnung mangelhaft war. So hatten wir zum Beispiel mit einem Backofen gerechnet, da dieser laut Inserat vorhanden hätte sein müssen. De facto war kein Backofen vorhanden. Stattdessen befand sich in der Küche eine Einbaumikrowelle. Des Weiteren war zum Spülen des Geschirrs lediglich eine angebrochene Spülmittel-Flasche vorhanden. Jedoch kein Schwamm, keine Spülbürste und auch nur ein kleines Küchenhandtuch (für eine Woche...). Auch Mülltüten, Küchenrolle, gängige Gewürze (z.B. Pfeffer) oder eine Schere suchten wir vergeblich. Das Badezimmer war, wie bereits angedeutet, sehr sauber und die Dusche war hervorragend. Jedoch ist es für Menschen, die größer als 1,80 m sind, quasi ein Akt der Unmöglichkeit, sich vernünftig auf die Toilette zu setzen. Insgesamt ist das Badezimmer sehr klein. Für den Pool wäre es nicht verkehrt gewesen, ein gesondertes Handtuch zu erhalten. Das Haus, das an sich gut aufgeteilt ist, ist leider äußerst hellhörig. So hatten wir den Eindruck, dass in der Wohnung im oberen Geschoss die Reise nach Jerusalem-Weltmeisterschaften stattfanden. Ein ständiges Möbelrücken und Gestampfe zerrten tatsächlich an unseren Nerven. Leider scheint für das Studio Franz kein Parkplatz vorgesehen zu sein. Wir mussten unseren Pkw täglich umparken und wurden teilweise zugeparkt. Daraufhin wurden wir durch einen Mitarbeiter angewiesen, im Hang vor den Parkplätzen zu parken, um am Tag darauf von dem selben Mitarbeiter von diesem Parkplatz verwiesen zu werden, da es sonst Probleme mit den Nachbarn gebe. Dieser Mitarbeiter fiel leider erneut negativ auf, als er, nur mit einem T-Shirt und einer engen Unterhose bekleidet, direkt vor unserer Terrassentür Gartenmöbel aufbaute. Dabei hörte er Schlagermusik im Radio. So hatten wir uns unseren Freitagabend nicht vorgestellt. Es gäbe noch mehr zu kritisieren, jedoch reicht der Platz im Textfeld nicht aus.
