Penthouse 82 is a newly renovated, two-level penthouse that is tastefully decorated with custom-fitted wooden and leather furniture. The kitchen, living room and family bathroom are on the main floor. The cosy living room has a corner dining table that seats six comfortably, a pull-out sofa (sleeps 1 Adult), a Flat Screen TV and opens to your private balcony with picturesque views of the mountains. The kitchen is furnished with an oven, stove top, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. A spiral staircase accesses the upstairs. The two upstairs bedrooms are furnished with double beds (with ample storage ) and both have ensuite bathrooms (shower and toilet).

Penthouse 82 is centrally located in the centre of Kaprun, close to everything. The Kaprun Ski Centre -the location of the gondolas MK Maiskogelbahn and 3K K-onnection to Kitzsteinhorn- are within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants, bars, cafes and après-Ski are all within walking distance of your doorstep. In the village, you’ll also find a bakery, shops, banks, grocery stores and one of the largest sports shops in the Austrian Alps.

Summer is magical in Zell am See-Kaprun. Spend your days enjoying the mountain vistas on a hike, stopping for lunch at one of the many traditional mountain Alms. In addition, the Ski Circus at Saalbach/Hinterglemm and the Höchkonig Ski Resort at Maria Alm can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
