The property is really nice. Very clean and right on the beach. The staff behind the bar were friendly. We were let down by the staff at the restaurants. We were given the impression that to serve us was an inconvenience. On the first night he waiter took the order and before we had even finished our meal a waiter came with a card reader to pay. On our second night we waited 15 minutes for someone to come over to take drinks order without any luck so we decided to grab our food one at a time incase someone came over. We were halfway through our dinner when my husband decided to just make his way to the bar to order and was then told off and that they would come to us. Drink order was placed and took a while and when the server came over he made the comment ‘there, you have your drinks now!’. The table beside us went through the whole meal without someone coming over and they ended up eating and leaving without any drinks. For breakfast we ended up having to collect our own cutlery and again the staff were annoyed that we’d done this after we’d been waiting a while. This is off season so it was never busy. The food was ok but definitely not worth the €35 price tag on it if you don’t have it included. The lifts are very small and we got briefly trapped in one and another was out of service. I will say that the bed was comfy, the hotel is lovely and clean. If you stay get B&B only (though the orange juice is watered down). There are restaurants and bars nearby

WOW!!!! 10/10! Absolutely AMAZING!!! We booked a villa for our family of 5 and it was enough room to spread out so we could all have space. It was clean, and no detail was missed. The staff caters to their clients and communicaton was quick. I wish we would have had more time, as we were ony here 3 nights. The villa is in Orilinki, which is about 20 mins from the BEST beaches in Ayai Napa. You have to drive from the residence to get to groceries, restaurants, etc. However, it was all worth it!!! Staying again, hopefully soon!!!
