"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "Had a delightful three night stay at Lucy Hotel Kavala. The room was large with good air con, WiFi & a fridge. The outdoor pool is large & not heated with lots of sun loungers it opens at 10am. There is an indoor pool spa area which can be used for 1hr per day but you need it book. It’s open from 12pm. It’s lovely and relaxing. The private beach is just outside with sun loungers & towels which is great. There is a supermarket right next door which is handy & the hotel is close to town about 15 minutes on the bus. Breakfast is amazing, so many options from savoury & sweet hot and cold options, fruit, cake, salad, breads, an excellent selection. You can eat inside or outside by the pool which was lovely. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower, toilet & hairdryer."
