"This is a small (~8 rooms) boutique hotel near the Istanbul airport and the Black Sea. The staff was amazing. The lady that was present when we checked in really went over the top to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The same can be said of the gentleman present at the front desk in the morning. We were there in the offseason (so maybe the staff is bigger at a different season) and there appears to be just two people working: the front desk person and a chef. That being said, we didn’t lack for anything. They made us dinner when we arrived at 7:30 at night even though we were the only ones in the dining room. They did a very nice Turkish breakfast with plenty of food in the morning. They also arranged a shuttle for us to the airport at the exact time we wanted it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was just a 10 minute walk down to the water. It doesn’t look like there’s much in the way of restaurants in the area or coffee shops though. However, it was perfect for an overnight stay. "

"Lots of nearby street food options. The front desk was very helpful in helping us find clothing, since our luggage was delayed. The front desk also helped us find a guide for the day that was able to drop us off at the airport. The breakfast wasn't what I would expect as an American but was okay. Coffee was good."

"Helpful staff. I was able to check into my flight early due to their assistance and check my bags early. Room was ready when I arrived. I was able to sleep, shower, watch TV and relax. Breakfast inside the hotel is excellent - the hotel restaurant/bar overall is very good. In general the staff is helpful, smart and quick to problem solve. It's pricey but I'd stay here again when I have a long layover."
