"Generally and overall the staff are helpful and respectful. Apart from one female receptionist, when we called requesting milk for our 2 year old ( who was very ill), her only concern was the bill. My wife told her we will pay at check out but she insisted we pay cash at 3am! I mean its not like we were running away or avoiding paying 600 rupees! "
