Good friendly staff, clean modern rooms, great location but the central AC was off (1st week of November) which was uncomfortable for us as had to leave window open which lead to excessive traffic noise and the odd mosquito.

Nice hotel. It was in an easy walking area. Clean and well maintained.

In general, the hotel in a convenient location near the tram and metro. The breakfasts variety is great. The negative point is the smoking. Floors in bathroom are dirty and dated. Most staff were friendly except for one male reception staff who had attitude and didn’t like being challenged when hotel over charges for tours. I am returning to Turkey for another week but will not return to this hotel as it is not central and I want to be in amongst all the tourists attractions and not having to pay for taxi’s all the time.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and had lots of variety. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
