We are a family traveling from Singapore, and unfortunately, we left a mobile phone behind in our room after checking out. The team was incredibly helpful — they went the extra mile to search for it, kept us informed, and promptly let us know once it was found. What touched us the most was that they arranged to send the phone all the way to Melbourne, our final stop — and did not charge us a single cent for it. This level of honesty, generosity, and genuine care is truly rare. We are deeply grateful for their help, and they turned a stressful situation into a very heartwarming experience."

"Ideal clean, comfortable accommodation for two couples with a very spacious living area and bedrooms at either end.Great location, easy walk to the beach and very central for leisurely visits to most of the island's attractions during our (two couples) four night stay.
