"Spacious and clean private space with excellent air conditioning. A nice outdoor area, with a beautiful resident white cat (please consider giving her some treats, she's so lovely!) Quiet and peaceful setting behind a bigger hotel. A very nice shower with waterfall and detachable heads. The only issue was the WiFi not reaching the property, but this probably helped me enjoy the local area more. "Great place, kind hosts and a gorgeous setting! It’s a really beautiful place, and the owners takes great care of it and you as a guest! The location is perfect, it’s a nice little stroll to get to Sami and it’s no longer than 40min to drive anywhere on the island. There are also a lot of things to see and experience in the local area, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful Melissani cave. "

Celestial All Suites

"The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. Instead, guests were expected to go and ask for these things themselves. All rooms come with private pools, which sounds fantastic in theory. However, most are overlooked by neighbouring rooms and balconies, meaning they offer very little actual privacy. The pools are also too cold to comfortably enjoy in the evenings, limiting their usefulness outside the hottest part of the day. From what we could see, only the top-floor rooms provide the secluded, private-pool experience that many guests would reasonably expect. The included breakfast was also disappointing. While there was a reasonable selection, the overall quality was below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. In fact, it left us with little confidence in the food offering and was one of the main reasons we chose not to dine in the hotel during the evenings. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with great facilities, but the service lacks the attentiveness and polish expected of a luxury property, and the food offering did not live up to the quality of the surroundings."

"Beautiful location absolutely spotless Cleaning every minute of the day …. Staff are amazing helpful with lots of information you need … Beautiful gardens fab pool Bar staff are so lovely Can’t fault this place We had a car so venturing out too Local amazing restaurants to walk are Avithos Preview ( winery too ) with amazing rise wine & Food ) Sea salt ( amazing location and good x Also food at hotel is fab too xx"

"We liked the location just a 5 minute walk along a waterfront promenade to center. The hotel was beautiful with balconies overlooking the sea. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, including helping us take our luggage to our room as there are a bit of steps (we like hiking so it was no problem for us, and there was an elevator). Secure parking. Very good breakfast. The town of Agia Effima was adorable with wonderful restaurants"
