Our newly renovated, approximately 45-square-meter tiny house combines cosiness with thoughtful details. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, a cosy pellet stove, and additional heating for every season.
Relax in the comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) or use the small sleeper sofa. A handcrafted wardrobe and many charming, handmade accents give the house its special charm. The coin-operated sauna in your own small garden perfectly rounds out your getaway.

We provide a welcome basket with every booking. It includes:

-1x a €5 gift certificate for Genussmeisterei Krechel (bakery, pastry shop, and café) in Emmelshausen
The Genussmeisterei’s bread lorry also stops in Karbach on Tues., Thu., and Sat. in Karbach, so you can redeem the gift certificate right there.

-1 small jar of Nutella
-1 small bottle of dish soap
