"Food staff were slow and non attentive. Room was clean but having the windows open during the day allowed for insects/mosquitos. Having the Country Club attached to the hotel was wonderful. Massages were great. Food at the Country Club was lovely as was the atmosphere. We enjoyed Country Singer entertainment one night."

"Fantastic place to stay! The staff were super helpful and always available whenever needed. A massive shout-out to the chef for making a banging breakfast every single morning. The room was incredibly comfy and clean, so I slept soundly every night. Wifi available throughout the hotel. Getting around was effortless, with a convenient Uber pick-up spot right outside. Plus, having The Waterfront shopping mall directly opposite on the main road was brilliant, plenty of great options for food and activities. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers!"

"The infrastructure is amazing indeed 😍, very clean and organized from the lobby through the restaurant to the rooms is do beautiful. Great staff, just need a little bit of more presence on the staff. But at the spa it didn’t go well at all. The service was rushed, lots of interruptions in the journey. Therapist not professional at all. Both my wife and i didn’t like it all at the Spa. I hope the hotel authorities are away of this negative touch point and working on it. Checkout at 10am we found it too early , I think that is the earliest checkout time we’ve come across. For the money we paid, we were expecting a more higher service than we received."

"I had a wonderful comfortable room with ensuite. It was quiet and clean, the staff were very friendly. There is a driver if you want to go on any tours. The breakfast was lovely, there was no buffet as it was low season, but an al a carte menu and snack menu were available. I just found the place so relaxing with amazing gardens and wildlife, I loved that it wasn’t busy."

The property is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and visually striking, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the stay. Every area of the hotel reflects care and elegance, making it a truly beautiful place to relax. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, consistently ensuring that guest needs were met with professionalism and kindness. The only concern we experienced was with the air-conditioning unit, which seemed to be releasing some form of gas into the air and caused discomfort. Aside from this issue, Fair Acres Boutique Hotel remains a remarkably beautiful space with exceptional hospitality."
