Spa not Operational

Newly opened Serena. Excellent service and condition of rooms. However, on arrival we were informed that Spa, Swimming Pool and Gym were out of action, this was not made clear on website despite paying full price. On discussion with Manager, nothing was offered for the inconvenience caused

While some of the rooms are quite small and get chilly in winter, its also the best hotel in town. The staff here is excellent too, as are the lawns. At night time, the various mosques around the valley play chants over loudspeakers, but given that the hotel is a bit far from them, it just sounds please. Oh, and the views are absolutely mind-blowing.

It is very hard to find a better hotel in Hunza. With excellent location, caring staff and good food, this facility continues to offer best value for money. However, they only have 26 rooms and availability is limited as rooms are booked several months in advance. Orbitz provided best deal for this hotel during my stay.
