The perfect family getaway, only 3 minutes or 180 meters away from the picturesque Tokerau beach. Big fully fenced section with patio caters to your family's needs.

Featuring a queen bed in the bach, as well as a separate cabin with 2 bunk beds, perfect for the big and little kids on a fully fenced section, with dogs welcome.

The Gem offers everything you need to create unforgettable holiday memories.

Ample space for parking your car and boat, and plenty of room for family games and the dog in the garden. You can enjoy dining on the inside or outside patio with a provided Weber BBQ, or simply lie and soak up the sun.

Take advantage of the two provided kayaks and indulge in a range of water sports including fishing and diving.

With 17 km of white sand beach just meters from your doorstep, the Wee Gem is your ideal base for exploring the stunning beaches of Karikari Peninsula.

Please note, there is no provided WiFi, allowing you to unplug and immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Summer Break
Loved the place with all the facilities - limited instructions eg. TV use, and information about the area. Didn't realise how close the neighbours were and had to keep curtains closed most of the time to prevent neighbours on all sides seeing in. Wonderful and close access to the beach. Great to have our dog with us and would stay again but be wary of being there when other neighbouring baches had guests.

Loved our stay at Wee Gem. Cabin worked perfectly for the kids, large grass area was awesome to kick the ball around & fully fenced which was great for the dog. Super close to the beach & coffee caravan. Lovely quiet location.

Cool little place on big section
Awesome little bach on a big section. The main area has a double bed and couches +a kitchen and walled off toilet shower in one corner, great for a couple. You could sleep plenty of people in the nice little sleepout, small but with lots of beds packed in. Big nice grassy lawn with a private bbq area. Super close to the beach and great to have use of the kayaks. Only room for improvement would be the kettle, which spills when you pout it, otherwise a very well stocked kitchen with four burner gas hob and small bench top oven. Lots of cutlery and plates etc.

Me and 3 mates stayed at the Bach for 3 nights. It had everything we needed. The outdoor area is amazing and private. Good size outdoor umbrella to protect from the sun. Highly recommended.

Fabulous spot to experience the Karikari peninsula
We had a fantastic time and suited our family and lifestyle to a tee. Wonderfull beach on the doorstep, kayaks to borrow a massive bonus, a great BBQ and outdoor space, bunk house for the kids and a large lawn for family games. Fabulous!
