Such a wonderful stay! Wish we were there for a longer period of time. Walking distance to everything and it’s a bit tucked away. Their bar has live music and yummy bites and drinks. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is super helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding service across the board from any employee we came across. Excellent location, and full of historical atmosphere. Great comfort and a wonderful retreat. Thank you! We had a great time here and we would gladly return. Great spa facilities and nice (paid) valet parking. We were greated at the door which is always nice, and we had complimentary fruit and water, much appreciated as well. No negatives.

Weekend getaway in Karlovy Vary October 2022.

Being it is our first stay in Karlovy Vary and we wanted to experience a Wellness Treatment in an excellent place. So selecting Carlsbad was based on great reviews by customers. It was amazing and we will definitely return for more of the Wellness Treatments, Great Customer Services, Hotel Presentations and Room Accommodations. Location is convenient to shopping districts.

Es una de muchas veces que hemos ido a el hotel, el personal es super amable, atento m, limpieza perfecta, solo esta vez el desayuno no estaba muy bien, muy poca variedad de fruta y de comida, yo les recomendaría que no se enfoquen demasiado en el público del este de Europa y Asia euroasiática sé que es es la mayoría de sus clientes y que para ellos está pensado más el desayuno pero también deberían de buscar cambiar su menú más variedad de otros desayunos nosotros emos estado en muchos hoteles en varias partes del mundo y ahí hoteles con una variedad impresionante en sus menús ustedes tienen un nivel muy bueno es un hotel de súper lujo solo que a mi opinión es lo que les falta una cocina más internacional pensado para todos sus huéspedes, y el café de maquina no es para el nivel de hotel que ustedes tienen. Solo para sus mejoras a mi me encanta el hotel y es casi perfecto me siento como en casa cuando vamos de visita pero sería excelente una mejora en sus desayunos. Ein super tolles Hotel. Gleich beim ankommen würde unser Auto entgegengenommen (wir hatten vorher einen Parkplatz reserviert, ja 25 Euro ist zwar viel Geld pro Tag, aber die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind wirklich begrenzt). Wir würden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer was toll und sehr sauber. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Spa Bereich ist schön, die unterschiedlichen Saunen mit dem Ruhebereich sehr angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei. Die Stadt ist herrlich und lädt zum baumeln ein Insgesamt ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal.
