Great for couples, tranquility and outdoors
We very much enjoyed our stay at Cihelny. Our room was spacious, warm, comfortable with Nordic style design. The balcony was spacious with a beautiful view towards the forest. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. In particular we enjoyed the setting of the resort with the opportunity for walks in nature, the tranquility, and the direct private access from the rooms to the spa area which allows one to feel comfortable in walking around in a robe. The massage treatment was good and the beauty treatment fantastic.

Give it a go even if you don't like golf
This place certainly has the wow! factor, it's in an idyllic location not too far from the city. Room was spacious and had every kind of thing a guest would need, and pool area was really relaxing Two major ownsides though: there is no lift, so guests have to haul their cases up and down a spiral staircase from reception that has narrow treads, and this makes it uncomfortable, especially for anyone with mobility problems. A lot of money has been invested in this complex and I couldn't understand why such a major item had been left out of design. The other negative was that guests were allowed to bring dogs into restaurant area. Smelly hairy dogs do not make for a pleasant hygenic experience for non-dog owners and hotel should consider changing policy.

nice sport hotel
the hotel is not in the center but it was very comfort ant pleasant.very nice view from the restaurant ! i wrote all this even they make a mistake. we ordered through expedia room for 3, but when we arrived they didn't know this and organised a room for 2. they said that it was a fault of the order manager. but within one our the brought one more bad. they gave us a free dinner because of all of this. even the mistake we enjoyed from the place.

Lbergo meraviglioso con una pessima colazione
Il posto é molto bello, pieno di pace e rilassante con una vista gradevole dalla stanza sui campi da golf. L'area spa é ben organizzata e il personale é gentile. Insomma tutto perfetto ad eccezione della colazione che é davvero povera e inadeguata ad un albergo del genere.

Wir waren zum 2. mal im Golf Resort Chihelny. Auch diesmal war wieder alles Top. Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr frrundluches Personal und das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, keon Verkehr. Hier findet man Ruhe und schöne Natur vor der Hoteltür. Die Damen am Empfang waren diesmal auch ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolles Hotel mit hohem Entspannungsfaktor. Schöne Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ansprechendes Bad, schöner Spa-Bereich (wenn auch etwas klein für alle Gäste), große Auswahl an Massagen, ruhige Lage, Frühstück ok, leckeres Abendessen. Ich würde wieder für ein Wellness-WE hinfahren.

Die Zimmer und das Hotel inklusive Wellnessbereich und Restaurant komplett renoviert, sauber, modern, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wirklich traumhaft. Wir waren selten in einem so schönen Hotel, mitten in der Natur. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit sehr viel Auswahl, guten Saft und Kaffee. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Eingang. Plätzchen im Zimmer zur Begrüßung haben uns besonders gefreut. Die Zimmer waren nicht hellhörig. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und würden wieder kommen.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön Das Frühstück und die Location selbst waren sehr gut und einladend. Der Check In dauerte einfach zu lange. Hier kann man entweder die Pässe kopieren oder am nächsten Tag zurück geben. Dann kann der Gast in Ruhe aufs Zimmer. Das Zimmer 137 roch im Schlafbereich und im Bad nicht gut. Ansonsten trotzdem schön

Het is een mooie locatie midden in de natuur. Ventilatie in de hotel is niet zo goed. Zodra je binnen komt ruik je de keuken. Ook is de plank boven bed zeer onhandig. Het is te laag geplaats waardoor je steeds je hoofd tegen stoot.

Hotel liegt in einzigartiger Lage. Hier hat man Ruhe zum entspannen. Personaö ist sehr bemüht auf die Bedürfnisse der Hotelgäste ein zu gehen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

In einem Zimmer Wasserschaden, Loch in der Decke! 1 Tag wurde nicht berechnet.Zimmermädchen arbeiteten nicht immer sauber. An der Rezeption wurde Abrechnung nicht korrekt erstellt. Ab 22.00 Uhr war die bar geschlossen!

Eine moderne, sehr gepflegte Einrichtung. Freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich recht wohl. Die Zimmer sehr schön: hell und sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichend, es ist alles da und gut übersichtlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Es ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Karlsbad (11 Km) aber mit dem Auto gar kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder irgendwann.

Wir haben sehr die Ruhe genossen. Außer Vogelgezwitscher und Geblöke von Schafen ist nichts zu hören! Besonders gefallen hat uns das Essen am Abend und die Massagen. Das Fühstücksbuffet ist gut, kann aber gerne noch mehr Auswahl bieten. Wir kommen wieder!
