"Die Fußbodenheizung war koplett abgestellt, die hat überhaupt nichts gewärmt. Sträucher und Sitzecken in der Außenanlage waren sehr ungepflegt und gernzwertig. Es gab nur einen Mülleimer in der Küche, das macht eine Mülltrennung wie Vorgeschrieben sehr schwierig. Die Couch ist sehr unbequem (besonders wenn man sich nach einem langen Tag erholen will) Duschvorhang im Bad war im unteren Bereich dunkelbraun versifft, die Fließenfugen teilweise schwarz, der Türstock an der Duschseite ebenfalls...

"Sehr gute Lage. Die Dusche muss a den Rändern unten gereinigt werden. Die Lampe in der Küche ist nicht befestigt u in dem oberen Zimmer re funktioniert das Licht nicht. Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. . Bestellte Bettwäsche musste nach Aufforderung gebracht werden und diese wurde von uns bezogen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, völlig überteuert für den Zustand der Wohnung. "
