(swing, sandbox), parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery, café, bus stop 550 m, railway station 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km, surf school 2 km, minigolf 10 km.

Small kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
