I would come back

Good location, not far from the city center , park and shops. Good size of the apartment, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, good kitchen, door to a small terrace.

I did not know ,that breakfast is included; its very good that a food market is just around the corner and is openes til 20 p.m.; you can do many things by foot

Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl.

God beliggenhed, god service

Beliggende rimelig tæt på stationen i rolige omgivelser. Venligt personale. Lejligheden var godt og praktisk indrettet. Dog ville en lampe ved begge sider have været rart. Fin morgenmadsbuffet.

Fräsht och modern, frukost sådär.

Fint fräsht hotell. Bra med eget pentry! Finns gratis parkering i garage som var bra då det är centralt, men smala platser. Vi har suv och fick bara plats när det var en ledig plats brevid. Frukosten var snål. Jag och sambon gick olika tider och knappt något fylldes på, det enda var nog äggröra, men de ställdes bara fram en burk med plättar som tog slut långt innan frukosten stängdes. Men fräscht och fint hotell ändå.

Neubau im Innenhof mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern mit Sitzecke und Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank etc. verfügbar. Kleinigkeiten können optimiert werden, z.B. steht in der Sitzecke eine Stehlampe für die aber weit und breit keine Steckdose gibt. Lesen in der Sitzecke geht daher nicht. Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes.

Schon beim Check-in hatte man das Gefühl der Empfangsmitarbeiter ist genervt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Balkon gebucht. Beim betreten der Unterkunft roch es sehr unangenehm. Unser Apartment roch genauso. Auch hatte es keinem Balkon und lag im EG am Eingang wo jeder rein schauen konnte. Oberflächlich sauber war es. Als ich reklamierte meinte der Mitarbeiter uch solle ihm doch zeigen wo mit Balkon steht. Tauschen wäre nicht möglich da ausgebucht. Komischerweise konnte man online noch buchen. Von Expedia kam eine Email wie der Check-in war und das Zimmer ist. Habe es negatov bewertet und man würde es ans Hotel weiterleiten. Um 21:40 Uhr klopfte es an der Tür der Empfangsmitarbeiter stand vor der Tür und meinte er hätte jetzt doch ein Apartment mit Balkon im 1. OG. weil angeblich hätte grade jemand storniert. Wir dachten uns ist klar... wir habe das Apartment getauscht. Der Mitarbeiter meinte das 1. Apartment vergeben Sie nur wenn wirklich alles ausgebucht ist. Ist klar Wahrscheinlich weil wir günstig gebucht ist. Wahrscheinlich hat man auf die Bewertung bin Expedia reagiert um sich ärger zu ersparen. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Das billigste Geschirr von Ikea, teilweise schmutzig, keine Auswahl, Wurst und Käse teilweise schon angelaufen. Brötchen billige Aufbackware. So etwas wie hier hatte ich noch nie erlebt. Woher die guten Bewertungen kommen keine Ahnung.

Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und die Betten gut. Allerdings wurde nur das Bett frisch bezogen. Alle Oberflächen waren sehr staubig. Da wurde gespart beim Reinigen.

Waren jetzt schon div mal im ANA Living. Immer wieder sehr positiv und angenehme Erfahrung. Kaffee, Tee usw immet kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Auch der Zimmer wunsch wurde erfüllt. Kommen suf jeden Fall wieder ins ANA, wenn wir in Karlsruhe sind.

Einfacher Checkin, sehr sauber, sehr zentral (wenige Minuten zur Tram). Dass die Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet ist, hatte ich vorab in den Rezensionen gelesen, für den Preis war das mich mich absolut ok. Eigentlich wollte ich vorab Kontakt aufnehmen, das hat über die Expedia App für mich nicht funktioniert… ansonsten alles perfekt, werde die Unterkunft voraussichtlich in Zukunft nutzen… dann auch mal mit Hund.

Ich bin leider enttäuscht

Ja es gibt eine Küche allerdings lässt sich diese kaum benutzen, da erstens die Ausstattung wirklich zu wünschen übrig lässt und es nicht mal ein einziges Messer gibt um etwas zu schneiden und zweitens kann man die Küche wortwörtlich aus vom Bett bedienen. Außerdem gibt es keinen Handtuchstange im Bad die Antriebsstange des Rollladensausgerissen kein einziges Kissen auf der Couch, keine Nachttischlampe und insgesamt hat man das Gefühl, dass das Zimmer/Apartment recht lieblos eingerichtet ist. Schade, das passt leider auch nicht zu den Preisen, welche aufgerufen werden.

Einfach super

Wir sind mit dem Zug aus der Schweiz angereist und haben ein kleines Appartment gebucht. Wir waren fürs check in zu früh, also war dies auch nicht ganz fertig. Wird durften trotzdem bereits gratis Kaffeetrinken. Danach ging es sehr schnell und wie bekamen die Schlüssel. Wirklich sehr schön gemacht mit kleiner Küche. Der Wasserkocher und die Tees sind sicher im Winter super. Wir hatten eine Thermoflasche dabei und somit immer etwas warmes zu trinken. Auch das mit dem Gratiskaffe sonst, einfach top. Wir haben leider in keinen Restaurants reserviert und hatten pech. So aber 2 mal den Lieferservice gebraucht und dank der Mikrowelle 3 mal davon profitiert. Auch die Verlängerung des Check outs hat ohne Probleme und sehr schnell geklappt. Einziger Minuspunkt, dass das Wc Papier wurde am letzten Tag nicht aufgefüllt. Kommen gerne wieder.
