Stayed here for a business trip. Hotel was fine, but I think for the price it can certainly be improved given the maze I had to walk through to get to breakfast, hair in the bathroom, and a funny smell coming from the back of the property from an inner courtyard (which was where my room was). Other than that all okay.

Weekend Stay
We were staying here to meet up with friends who live in the City, we had a great long weekend here and the staff and facilities were excellent. Parking was pre booked and was easy to use and there was a superb choice of food for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I love this hotel and stay there every time I go home to Germany. It's smack in the center of the city, everything is walkable. If you aren't up to walking, the street cars take you everywhere. The hotel has a wonderful and friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet with traditional German things, but also scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, etc. The hotel is renovated and is modern inside with nothing lacking. Definitely a gem!

Great location for the Christmas market. Easy parking for a fee. Great amenities. Small superior room but had an excellent view. Super friendly staff and very good breakfast.

It's a very nice and clean hotel in a central location in Karlsruhe. The hotel is located exactly 1 minute away from Marktplatz S-bahn stop and about 20 minutes walk from the central train station in the city. The staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Karlsruhe.

We (Family of 3) stayed in summer this year. Hotel has probably the best location in all of Karlsruhe. Our host Garret was excellent and had many tips to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay as well. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay
Hotel good. Reception area quite small for a four star. Room good size. Hotel in centre and close to shops and restaurants. There should have been a note for potential guests about the massive construction of team/train works in centre. If you are arriving by car it is a bit of a hassle. Hotel is on a non parking street and there is only a small space to stop on the pavement outside the hotel. Other than that had a brilliant time.

Wonderful Stay!
Had a great stay, the staff was welcoming and very helpful. It's right across the street from the Marketplatz so plenty of shopping and eats in walking distance and the palace is only a couple blocks away. The room was cozy, love the free mini bar, the big bath towels, comfortable bed, and the room darkening blinds with the control right next to the bed was a huge bonus! I was disappointed that the spa wasn't open, but I also was highly impressed with the breakfast options! Due to the inability to have breakfast in the dining area, they offer room service or take away at no additional cost!! And they still had the normal selection of foods.

I will say again, this is a good place to stay
I have research collaborations with the KIT and always stay at here when I visit. Great place, good breakfast, perfect location a short walk from campus through the palace grounds, and terrific staff.

What a great and welcoming hotel. Very clean throughout and has an adjoining restaurant that you can book your food to the room. Great breakfast selection and it is very close to shopping and tram systems. Very very good experience staying here.

The hotel is being renovated, hence the path to the restaurant was under construction. The "newly renovated" rooms looked very average for a 4-star hotel
