    Experience living on two levels—our newly furnished duplex apartment in Karlsruhe-Mühlburg offers a well-thought-out floor plan and an excellent location.

    The city centre is about a 10-minute tram ride away. There is a train/bus stop in the immediate vicinity (1-minute walk). There are several shopping options in the area (about a 5-minute walk)

    This 65 m² newly built apartment is a beautiful and modern gem. It features a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) that can be pushed together if needed, and a sleeper sofa for one person (1.10 × 2.00 m). The living room features a large sleeper sofa (1.40 × 2.00 m) that sleeps two people and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Entertainment is provided in the living room by a 55-inch TV, which includes a Fire TV Stick and Netflix.
