"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"The Penthaus was the perfect location for our visit to Karlsruhe from the US. Clean, spacious and lots of natural light. Kids loved the hot tub after a long day out doing activities. Would definitely stay there again when we come back to Germany."

"The apartment was perfect and glad to have a washer in the apartment. It was clean and felt just like home away from home. The only thing that has nothing to do with the owner was how the neighborhood changed in Germany. The spray painting that was on apartment buildings, the meth clinic that was a few doors down. I was raised in Germany as a little girl, and it is sad to see how the neighborhood changed and not improved."

"Nice apartment, good location, not sure if the description mentioned that one has to go through one bed room to get to the second.Host unfortunately slow to reply, i. e. arrival info only got send the evening before, which made me nervous. But that is perhaps just me. "

"Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe am Bahnhof, sehr nahe bei der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle und einem kleinen Supermarkt, in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit älteren Wohnblocks. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und besser ausgestattet als die meisten vergleichbaren Appartements. Kaffee und Tee stehen zur Verfügung, ebenso alles, was man braucht, um sich eine Kleinigkeit zuzubereiten. Von den üblichen Dingen bekommt man mehr bereitgestellt als unbedingt notwendig...
