"Very comfortable and clean hotel, with wonderful views across the lake in front. Unfortunately the reception staff tried to demand an extra £40 per night upon arrival (this hadn’t been mentioned at any point and the rooms were prepaid) When I said that was unacceptable they changed their minds and only charged £1 room guarantee. It was all a bit strange."
