Please never stay in this hotel. We stayed in a very dark room with no windows. And in bathroom sometimes the lights go off/ no hot water in the shower. And the hotel/room stinks .. the bedsheets smell horrible. The hallway is filled with smoke. And staff is very unprofessional.

i booked 4 rooms for me & my co-worker (total 4 rooms) 1. I received uncleaned room. Thus, i requested room change, but the new room after change was occupied room (someone was there), i had to change the room again. 2. There was air conditioning filter change warning for all rooms that we booked. it means the hotel didn't change the air filter of air conditioning 3. price - expedia price was too high. It was more than double price compared to its equivalent hotels. Total cost was almost 200 USD, but the quality and service was less than 100 USD hotel. i will never use the Vivaan hotel and never use expedia.
