Counters, dresser, and toilet wasn’t clean. Hard to drive on property because of all the pot holes. And upset that someone with a key card tried to go in our room without knocking or announcing themselves before going in.

Staff was so helpful
We did start off with a not so cooled room, but staff wasted no time in making sure our stay was a good one. They came through and set us up in a very cold room for our hot summer stay. Very friendly and we had no other issues for the couple of days we were there.

Floor delaminating in the kitchen, coffee pot did not work, extra door locks broken, icebox equalled until I unplugged it and there were no Kleenex or hand towels. The front desk personnel and phone manager were unhelpful and the manager could care less. I’ve stayed here for two years prior, but never again.

The price on Expedia's website was deceiving. The advertised price of $45 was bumped up $19 for "taxes and fees". It would have been cheaper if I'd booked directly. Overall it was a clean, comfortable room. However, the carpet felt like it could use cleaning/replacement. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of pet hair in our bed and baby toys alongside the bed? The cleaning staff obviously di not change linens on bed ir clean floor properly, that was plain gross!!!! This will prevent us from coming back
