"We reserved a room for 2 and then added a person to the room (daughter joined us) and paid the extra charge. It was a king bed and a couch so nothing extra was added to the room to accommodate the 3rd person. But still the extra charge which was substantial but oh well we paid it to be together in a nice room. Our other daughter decided to join us late so we had 4 people show up after a long day of traveling. We did not need anything else added to the room we told them. We can all fit easily and would even pay for the 4th person since that was the policy for the 3rd person. Same room nothing added - they just get more money. The lady at the desk said NO. Argued with us. Every where we went on this trip - multiple places people were so nice until this person. Very unreasonable. In the end we had to get the manager and pay for a 2nd room in a sister hotel which we did not use at all. We all stayed in the first room and fit fine. There was no excuse for the lady at the front desk and the way she interacted with us. Great hotel, great room experience with private pool but that left a bad taste due to the interaction at check in. Especially since the solution was what we asked for - to all stay together in one room which the mgr okayed - as long as we paid for another room he didn't care if we stayed together."

"Relaxing tropical garden setting. Quiet and tranquil villa with private plunge pool overlooking garden with ponds, and large bathtub in a very spacious bathroom. Staff attention to rooms daily was prompt and conscientious. Convenient location a short walk to the main Karon beach and to nearby markets and stores."

"Loved our stay here we ended up extending for a full week! Clean, comfortable rooms & loved having both pools to lounge by! Still an easy walk down to the beach and great restaurants close by (friendly & sweet and sour were our frequented favourites)"

"Beautiful property with a serene vibe. The amenities are great. The beach access is definitely the USP since the beach is pretty much private, super calm and very beautiful with crystal clear waters. One recommendation to add beach umbrellas and massage people there. Since that’s the reason most people visit Thailand and it would really help increase the flow of customers. But overall amazing "
