"We had an amazing stay at Centara Karon Resort! The staff were absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Throughout our trip, our daughter unfortunately became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in every possible way. Their compassion and support meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful. We highly recommend this resort to everyone and will definitely be coming back. "Hotel was really good and staff were really good. It had a few issues like the shower head wasn’t working properly and apart from that everything at the hotel was great. Having 7-11 next to the hotel was just the plus. "

"The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily. We stayed on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. We Asked for fresh pool towels and they were brought to the room within 10 minutes fresh and warm from the dryer ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bartender 'Bank' was an amazing friendly , hard working young man whom made everyone feel special. we had a great time at happy hour!! The bigger pool is open till 10pm, it is so warm and exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. 10/10"

"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. The resort is set on a hill, so isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues. However, the staff are very accommodating to guest needs day or night and provide a concierge service to your room if you don’t want to walk far. "
