"The location of the property was convenient to walk to Karon Beach every day (around 10-15 minutes). It was one of the cheaper options in the area. However, there were inconveniences such as not having an elevator and tiny ants coming into the room from the bathroom."

"The Avista is such a beautiful place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar had an excellent view of the beach. The staff was very friendly from the moment you arrive until you leave. The resort was walking distance to food, the beach, shopping, 7 Eleven. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay."
