Welcome to Punta Mare Villas, a collection of five private villas in Karpathos, designed for guests who value comfort, privacy, and a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. Each villa offers its own private swimming pool, modern interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere, while being conveniently located close to the main beach and the vibrant centre of Pigadia. Whether you are travelling as a couple, family, or small group, these villas provide the perfect setting for a memorable vacation.
The Space:
Every villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a maximum of 3 adults. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with quality linens. At the same time, the living area includes a sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed, suitable for the third and fourth guests. The open-plan layout also includes a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, coffee amenities, and a dining area for relaxed meals at home. Large doors connect the indoor living space to a private outdoor terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and seating area, offering a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience and complete privacy for each villa.

Getting Around:
