The house is located on the ground floor of the building. The entrance to the building is shared.
Two bedrooms with air conditioning, spacious wardrobes, mirrors and bedside tables which have a laptop and a place for the mobile phone. With a comfortable living room with a large sofa, a smart TV on which you can use your accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc., a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with an electric stove and induction hobs, you will feel at home. Toilet with bathtub and washing machine. Two private balconies at the front and access to a shared courtyard at the rear.
