While we had a pleasant stay overall, this is probably not a place we would personally return to.
In our opinion, the villas would benefit from more maintenance and updating. There were several areas that felt worn, outdated, or in need of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Considering the price point, we felt the overall value did not fully meet our expectations.
We were also disappointed with the restaurant food, which did not live up to the standard we had hoped for.
That said, the staff was truly exceptional and easily the highlight of our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, and a special thank you goes to Yuika, who was outstanding. She was always present, helpful, and genuinely cared about every detail of our experience.
We appreciate the hospitality we received and wish the team all the best moving forward.

The Royal Purnama exceeded our expectations. Both food and beverage outlets had great variety and had wonderful ambience, especially at night. IMO a villa with a private pool is always the way to go, we were not disappointed.
Amazing staff everywhere and Happy Hour at the Standing Stones bar is not to be missed.
Special shout out to Agus for the Lavender Margaritas 🍸
Will definitely return, didn’t really want to leave 😭.
