We stayed at Eurostars Old Montreal as a family, including a toddler, and overall it felt more like an apartment suite, which was really convenient for our trip. The room was clean, and having a kitchen was a big plus for a family stay. Laundry availability also helped a lot, especially when traveling with a little one. The space worked well for us overall, though the apartment view itself could have been better. One downside was that our room faced the street, so it was quite loud at night and made sleeping a bit difficult. Housekeeping was also not very proactive and only came after we asked for it, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay with useful amenities, especially for families, but the noise and housekeeping issues kept it from being excellent.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Montreal was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant, modern, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Montreal's shopping, dining, and attractions. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful experience. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and personalized service made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or anticipating our needs before we even asked, the level of hospitality was truly top-notch. It's easy to find a beautiful hotel, but it's much harder to find one where the people consistently elevate the experience. The staff at the Four Seasons Montreal did exactly that. We left feeling well cared for and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

We loved having a kitchenette, though didn't make much use of it. Hotel is in great location. Easy to walk everywhere!
