Original Two Bedroom Greek Stone House Close to The Beach In Kalkans Old Quarter

This charming Greek stone house is one of Kalkan's oldest buildings and has a protected listed status. Located on a corner of Kalkan's Old Quarter, the house is just metres from the Hasan Altdan Cad. with its shops and cafes. The popular Ara restaurant is virtually next door.
The popular public beach and harbour are just a few minutes walk away. Enjoy an early morning swim with the Kalkan locals at the public beach or Indigo beach club, or take a water taxi from the harbour to one of the delightful beach clubs located around the bay. There you can sunbathe and swim from rock platforms or small beaches and eat/drink at the beach club bar/cafes. Popular Kalkan bay beach clubs are Palm, Zest, Villa Mahal, Kalkan Beach Park, Indigo, Green Beach, Denizcim, and Yali. You can check these beach clubs out online.
The Antik Ev has a full modernised interior with an open plan ground floor living room and modern kitchen. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both with very high wooden ceilings. Each bedroom has a private wooden balcony overlooking the small street below. Both bedrooms share a modernised bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity sink and WC.
The Antik Ev has air conditioning to both bedrooms, free wifi and D-smart satellite TV services.
Guests should please note that this is the Old Town which is full of shops, restaurants and bars. Whilst the Antik Ev is not on a main street, there is still noise from nearby restaurants and bars at night, especially in the peak months of July and August. If you decide to book please be aware of this and bring your earplugs if needed. Access by car into the Old Quarter is restricted during summer to 8am to midday only. If you arrive or depart outside these times you will get dropped off generally around The Holiday Pension which is a short walk down to the house. For pick up on departure you can again get collected by the Holiday Pension or walk down to the harbour front to the beach end or Pirat Hotel.
