Minutes from the beach clubs and town centre, this recently renovated villa offers a tranquil retreat with a pool, jacuzzi, and large sunbathing terrace. With three floors of living space, including an ensuite single bedroom on the ground floor and two ensuite bedrooms boasting spectacular sea views on the upper floors.

Kalkan Town Centre Villa with Fabulous views of Bay with Heated Pool
Our villa recently renovated in a very convenient and much sought-after location, just a 5 minute walk away from the town centre and beach clubs.
The villa is laid out over three floors, is fully air-conditioned and has been renovated to a very high standard. It has a pool and jacuzzi pool with large sunbathing terrace.
Ground Floor of the Villa has a large living room and kitchen and 1 ensuite Single bedroom.
Second and Third Floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms with Spectular Sea views
The Pool area is quite big and has shady areas as well as provides a large area for sunbathing. There is also one jacuzzi connected to the main swimming pool and you will enjoy a relaxing time in one of the most popular area of Kalkan.
Notes: The pool heater is only needed for autum and early Spring on request and the weekly payment is extra for £240 per week.
