"事前に持病で掃除後の窓開放、空気清浄機の作動をお願いしていたのに、窓も開いておらず空気清浄機はコンセントすら刺さっていませんでした。 風呂場の扉が開いていただけで非常にガッカリしました。 風呂場トイレの隅には髪の毛のカスや、風呂場のゴミ箱にゴミ袋がついてない、浴槽にピンクの異物がついていたり、水垢もすごくて本当に残念でした。 フロントの隣に外喫煙所があり、紙タバコなんて吸っている人がいると風にのってかなり煙臭いです。 なぜBoxタイプの喫煙所にしなかったのか謎です。 喘息持ちやタバコの煙が苦手な方には配慮がないHotelです。 とりあえず色々残念でした。 フロントの方の対応は良かったです。"

"First time glamping, and it was great! Pugi, the camp attendant, gave excellent service with a smile. Our yurt was comfy, dinner and breakfast were delicious: much better than expected. It’s convenient for Mt Tsukuba hiking or Ropeway. Highly recommend this place. "

"We stayed one night after landing at NRT on the way to Nikko It's a shipping container but it's extremely comfortable & clean Gentleman at our late check in was friendly Can't be faulted for one night "

"I stayed for 3 days. The price was reasonable, and they provided breakfast. The facility level was a little bit lower than business hotel, but all of things were well-equipped. Front desk was kind, and they provide shuttle service from hotel to JAXA or San-So-Ken, the national research complex in Tsukuba every morning, so most of visitor will be satisfied in this hotel."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect stop if heading to Mobility Motegi Resort. Not much going on in the town itself but a lovely 7/11 is across the street! "

"The Facilities and the rooms are very nice. Dont let the star rating scare you off. The only reason they are below 5 stars is due to the location of the hotel. It is located at a very suburban area not much going on around the property (including restaurant) and you really need a car to get around the area. There is a local railway near by though. "
