"The room was as expected based on photos we saw online. Unfortunately, there were stains in the sink and the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though we wanted a non-smoking room. The location is prime for biking and there were plenty of restaurants around."

"I loved this hotel. It was a short taxi ride from the train station and located right on the edge of the historical quarter and had access directly into it. Room was compact but clean and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here"

"A nice hotel that needs the rooms deep cleaned or renovated. Location is great and the staff was nice. Free drink of Sake when checking in. Beds were so so. The room we had, had a bit of a sour milk smell. Carpets need to be deep cleaned or replaced."

"Great hotel a few meters from Bikan Historical Quarter. Good standard size room, staff polite and professional, the onsen is a plus. The breakfast spread could be improved by providing more choices for western guests. All that rice and fish were too much for the western taste. A cereal or yoghurt wouldn’t hurt. "

"This was my favourite stay in my trip. Greeted at the entrance by a staff member whoofferex me a cokd towel and drink while they checked me in. Room was lovely. I gad difficulty with the room temperature and staff dealt eith ut whike I was at dinner. They took a photo of the remote and labelled it in English for me. The food is the highlight! It is a fixed menu full of drlightes each evening. There was miscommunication about my dietary requirements on the first night and chef made me a different course in the moment. Do rake their advice and get a taxi from station. Wonderful all round."

"Room was very clean and toiletries are readily available. Clean towels are changed daily when requested.Despite the language barrier staff tried their best to help. Kudos to all your staff. We will definitely stay here again and would refer friends and families to do the same. Thank you very much for your hospitality."
