hotel charges you 5 eur for parking per day for a parking place which you have to walk 800 mts under the sun. Room was nice and clean but much smaller than we expected. But the biggest problem is the hotel is location is so noisy, even when you close the windows, hard to sleep

Overall our experience was pleasant. The room was beautiful, we had a corner suite. It was clean and well appointed. Only issue we had is that staff did not speak Greek fluently. Nor did they speak English well enough to answer any questions like how to access the satellite TV that was advertised as an included item for your stay. As the property is located in Greece one would think that you could communicate in the Greek language. That was not the case. Any question that involved more than a yes or no answer was a cause for stress. Overall it was a pleasant experience the language barrier was only a nuisance.

Hareketli, canlı ve eğlenceli bir tatil geçirmek istiyorsanız bu oteli tercih etmelisiniz. Konumu tam olarak merkezde ve herşeye yakın. Denize sıfır olması da büyük bir avantaj. Deniz mükemmel. Resepsiyonda Michaela son derece misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlı. Saat 19:30 dan sonra araç ile otele giden yollar kapalı. Otelin 5€ karşılığı yaklaşık 200 metre ileride otoparkı var.

Wonderful vacation

The hotel has a great location, 10 meters from the sea, you can go swimming right out of the room in a bathrobe. There are supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy and many restaurants nearby. Beautiful and very cozy rooms, the design is decorated with a soul. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea. It's very cool in the morning sitting on the balcony to drink coffee and listen to the surf. By the way, the coffee supply is replenished daily. Very friendly and helpful host. Maria you are the best!!!

Ho soggiornato 5 notti nella stanza più piccola dell'albergo, soffocante.tutto gestito malissimo, il personale nessuna voglia di lavorate, il barista in terrazza mi ha fatto un mojito senza la menta disgustoso,le pulizie sono approssimative, il parcheggio è lasciato al caso quindi nessun controllo, spesso ti trovi bloccato, lo usano tutti ed è molto piccolo, ci sarebbe la sbarra per controllare l'accesso ma troppa fatica!!. In zona c'era un'altro parcheggio dove ci hanno indirizzato quelli dell'albergo ma arrivati per parcheggiare con la referenza dell'albergo ci hanno mandato via in malo modo. Solo la posizione è ottima se non devi spostarti . L'ultima notte anche il vicino di stanza chiuso sul terrazzo dalla compagna fino al mattino ha bussato sui vetri. Gli asciugamani dovevi sempre chiederli lo shampo e tutto l'occorrente per il bagno mai rifornito. Ho deciso di partire un giorno in anticipo perché ero veramente esausta e mi chiedevano addirittura soldi del frigo bar che non ho mai utilizzato. UN DISASTRO.

We received such an amazing service at this hotel and our expectations were exceeded. The staff is very friendly and hard working. You notice that all employees work well together as a team. We loved our room and enjoyed our time at the beach. We booked this hotel as an all inclusive and the staff went out of their way to make us happy, they were so lovely. One of us is vegan and the Chef made sure to include vegan options at breakfast. Highly recommended and very customer focused. We were sad to leave as we felt so happy and comfortable at this hotel

Overbooked.

Unfortunately we arrived and the hotel said they were overbooked and we did not have a room there. They offered for us to stay at a sister hotel two towns away or an apartment 500m down the road. We had booked an ocean view king room and they said it would be the same bed as our booking. We chose the apartment, which was fine, but the bed was a double size and very uncomfortable. The sheets were for a twin bed. They said we could use the amenities of the hotel but the hot tub was cold and the roof bar drinks not very good. They also did not refund us anything, and looking at airbnb, we would have paid significantly less to book our own apartment. Overall not a great experience. The best thing about it was the very apologetic front desk woman who made the best of our bad situation by giving us 20% off at their restaurant and two drinks.

We had booked a 2 BEDROOM suite with 2 KING beds. Much to our surprise when we arrived it’s a 1 BEDROOM suite with a living room and the living room couch is considered the second bed. It is not a closed off bedroom, as it implied from stating that something is 2 bedrooms. It does not fit 4 comfortably everyone is on top of each other. Additionally, the hotel is just in a building that is like a house. No elevator. Extremely overpriced for what it is.

Kein besonderes Hotel

Das Hotel an sich war eigentlich o.k wenn man nicht viel verlangt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer man erwartet das man mit den Kindern genug Platz hat. Aber das Gegenteil war der Fall, das Zimmer war klein und eng für ein Doppelzimmer und die Einrichtung war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Vom Service waren wir auch nicht begeistert, an der Reception waren sie am freundlichsten und halfen einem sehr gerne. Aber an sonsten lasst der Service am Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft zu wünschen. Des weitern war der Strand von Müll überseht und keiner machte sich die Mühe den aufzuräumen,obwohl der Strandabschnitt zum Hotel gehört. Auch viel zu wenige Liegen am Strand wurden geboten und die was geboten wurden lagen einer neben dem anderen. (Man konnte die Gespräche der Fremden mithören). Wenn man so wie wir mit dem Auto unterwegs war,konnte man das eigene Auto von 18 uhr bis 1uhr in der früh nicht beim Hotel abstellen, da sie auf dem Parkplatz Stühle und Tische ausstellten. Man musste sich dann ein Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen. Unserer Erfahrung nach (wir sind seit Jahren in Griechenland mit dem Auto unterwegs) gibt es freundlichere und schönere Hotels zu besuche. Dieses Hotel würden wir nicht mehr buchen den für unser geschmack war es das schlechteste das wir bis jetzt hatte.

Super lækre lejligheder, morgenmad og service

Værten Angela vil gøre alt for at vi havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Super lækkert morgenmad og rigtig nye og lækre omgivelser. Udsigten mod vandet er ren meditation og flot hele dagen. Medbring bil ingen problem

Lovely hotel and staff but still being renovated

I booked a twin room and indicated twice I would need two single beds as I was travelling with a friend. Upon arrival they only had a studio where they turned one sofa bed into the 2nd bed. This was OK but not quite what I had signed up for as obviously I would have preferred a proper bed. The other main problem was I saw they were still doing the construction on the terrace and expressed my concern about early banging and drilling. They said it shouldn't be a problem and it wasn't on Sunday of course but Monday we had a rude awakening! Anyway, it was just these downers and everything else was really good: breakfast was a walk away but very nice, the beach is right there on the doorstep, the hotel was very clean and nicely laid out.

Ein Traumurlaub mit wunderbaren Menschen,in einer tollen Umgebung. Den Strand vor der Tür .Von dem Essen ganz zu schweigen...Von Prawns bis hin zu Lobster und feinen Muscheln.Einfach zum genießen. Jederzeit wieder. Danke

Das Hotel hat ganzjährig geöffnet im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Unterkünften (wir waren im März 2016 da).
