Mendi

El hotel mendi ,no es cuatro estrellas, todos los servicios,restaurant,bar se deben pagar al momento , por lo que hay que ir a la piscina o playa con la cartera, ya que cada uno de estos servicios son independientes del hotel. El personal de recepcion no esta ni capacitado ni a la altura de un cuatro estrellas, mi esposa ha tenido que traducir del ruso a ingles y mediar para ayudar a una pareja de ancianos que tenían un problema con el cheking, ya que los empleados de la recepcion del hotel ,no solo que no hablaban el idioma del huésped , ni tampoco había predisposición de solucionar el problema que ha tenido que ser resuelto por otro huésped,mi esposa. La gran mayoría de huéspedes se encontraban con el mismo problemas al llegar. Cada vez que pasaba por recepcion había alguien discutiendo con los jóvenes del mostrador de recepcion. Hay que aclarar que el problema no es el personal, es la dirección del hotel. Los comentarios de este hotel son del 2018-2019.Ruego a HOTELES.COM actualizar los comentarios y verificarlos.

Die Hotelanlage war sehr Kinderfreundlich, das Personal spricht zum Teil Deutsch, fanden wir super! Die Zimmer waren immer sauber, wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and it is reliable. The beach is not as crowded as others. It has been improved in the last years. Breakfast was generous and nice The only real disappointment was a charge for the umbrella at the beach. Maybe I didn't read the whole hotel information (won't do it now!) but would be nice to know in advance.

Hallo liebe Urlauber Das Mendi Hotel ist ruhig gelegen negativ: All inclusive bucher sollten sich es zweimal überlegen es so zu buchen erstens:sind länder wie Griechenland,Spanien und Italien für ihr hervorragendes essen bekannt zum anderen werden in diesen Hotel All inclusive Besucher anders behandelt Wir hatten ein zimmer mit Meerblick und nur frühstück gebucht da ich wie schon erwähnt die küche in solchen ländern sehr bevorzuge und lieber jeden tag im umkreis essen gegangen bin in sehr guten Restaurants Das Hotel gibt an das es Sandstrand ist,ich würde Frauen empfehlen schwimmschuhe mitzunehmen da der strand sehr steinig ist und im vorderen wasser ebenfalls Desweiteren empfehle ich im Raucherzimmer,Frauen sollten ein verlängerungskabel mitnehmen da wir im bad keine Steckdosen hatten Das frühstück ist sehr einseitig,wir waren elf tage da und das essen war jeden tag dasselbe.Nach 7 tagen hatte ich keine lust mehr dort zu frühstücken wir haben auch dreimal dort gegessen,das bezahlt man dann natürlich extra wenn man nicht All inclusive ist,das essen war unterschiedlich,es war für jeden etwas dabei aber natürlich nicht so gut wie im Restaurant Ich kann ihnen die Stadt Skala Fourka am herzen legen,ist ungefähr 8 Kilometer entfernt und da gibt es mehrere Restaurants die günstig sind und tolles essen haben Das personal ist sehr nett und sprechen fast alle Deutsch

Ok hotel with nice personnel. The rooms are a bit worn out, also the restaurant (breakfast place). Nice outdoor area, nice beach. Main problem is that there are nothing else close to the hotel, you need a car.

Hotel Mendi`s location is excellent

The room is clean, bed had a new mattress, very nice bedding and soft towels every day. The problem was very noisy air-conditioner, inside as well as outside. Beach restaurant`s staff is not well trained. It is 4 stars hotel and we could not tolerate to get salad when we have already finished our dinner. On one occasion waiter brought our drinks, but he did not opened the bottles. We were waiting a while to hear there are other guests too. At the end he realized his mistake and say sorry.

Όχι ικανοποιημένοι

Δυστυχώς μείναμε δυσαρεστημένοι από το δωμάτιο.Πληρώσαμε 380 ευρώ για 2 νύχτες(3 φίλες).Είχε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι που άνοιγε και γινόταν ράντσο.Το στρώμα ήταν απαράδεκτο,το πρωί σηκωθήκαμε με πόνους την μέση και στην πλάτη.Λόγω πληρότητας ξενοδοχείου ,καταφέραμε να παρκάρουμε στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου μόνο μια φορά.Τις υπόλοιπες φορές παρκάραμε στο χωματόδρομο που οδηγούσε στο ξενοδοχείο.Το πρωινό ήταν γεμάτο τυποποιημένα τρόφιμα και δεν μας άρεσε καθόλου.Το δωμάτιο μας μύριζε μούχλα (ίσως λόγω της παλαιότητας του ξενοδοχείου).Το wifi αν και δωρεάν δεν είχε καλό σήμα και δεν έπιανε την πρώτη μέρα.Το τηλέφωνο της ντουζιέρας έπρεπε να το τραβήξεις με προσοχή ,αλλιώς έφευγε όλη η εγκατάσταση μαζί.

Nice view and location, but far away from 4 stars

The location and sea view are the biggest advantages of hotel Mendi, but there are many points, which are definetely not ok for 4 star hotel. Wifi is extremely bad and the air conditioning did not function always. We had to switch off and switch on many times to bring it in work!

Enttäuschung

Kein Safe, kein Internet, kein Strom, kein Wasser und das Frühstück kann guten Gewissens als ungenießbar bezeichnet werden. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Stellen auf Halkidiki. Dieses Hotel gehört sicher nicht dazu.

El hotel estaba bien si bien creo que por ese precio se podía esperar un poco más. El buffet de cena era claramente caro para la calidad ofrecida. Es una pena que el bar de la piscina cerraba por la noche pues habría sido muy agradable tomar algo allí por la noche.

l'albergo e' in una posizione ideale per rilassarsi: unico rumore il mare - dalla struttura comunque sono facilmente raggiungibili centri urbani più o meno piccoli - l'unica cosa negativa è che per essere un albergo a 4 stelle le camere sono arredate con l'essenziale.

quattro stelle un po' opache

...dopo una settimana di soggiorno a ferragosto: l'albergo è in una ottima posizione, con una splendida vista sul mare; la struttura dell'albergo sembra risalire agli anni sessanta e ne sconta l'anzianità; la camera è arredata con uno stile anonimo e piuttosto logoro: il piccolo frigorifero posto sotto la scrivania scaldava la stanza come un termosifone, la moquette non è la soluzione migliore con il caldo e il bagno è illuminato da una fioca e triste luce al neon; colazione: di livello sufficiente, ma ripetitiva e dal gusto un po' piatto; piscina l'acqua è davvero calda come un brodo; spiaggia: bella ma poco curata; giardino: è la parte migliore dell'albergo; personale: cortese e discreto; wi-fi ( a pagamento, con tariffa per ogni singolo device): funzionante solo in stanza e di una lentezza inaccettabile visto il costo. Complessivamente, il costo di 100 euro a notte per una semplice camera matrimoniale appare un po' elevato, anche se va considerato l'alta stagione.

"Okay" Hotel

Place is clean. Staff are okay, not really friendly, quite rude actually.. Inclusive Breakfast was great. Was not to sure about their add saying inclusive warm snacks as well as they got as pay for our food. Wifi was not free, had to pay 7 euros per week. Beach was okay, not really impressed about it. The restaurant near the beach side was fantastic, pleasant and friendly staff and food was great and suited for the price you pay for! Overall, I don't think the hotel is rated as 4 star though. But hopefully, there will be some improvements in the me future.

Not everything as seen on the website

Overall, the hotel is not too bad. However, the photos on the website do not match the reality. We booked a tripple room for 3 adults and got a small room for 2 with an additional bed for a child. Not much of a room to walk around. We had a peek in another room which was obviosuly renovated and it looked much much better and like a proper tripple room. Very dissapoining to know that rooms with sea view (like ours) were not renovated. We faced different issues with the bathroom itself: the shower tap was not working properly on day 1, they fixed it, on day 2 the water started running by itslef...they had to come again and change it completely. Out of 3 nights, we had to solve issues with the bathroom for 2 days. Not really relaxing, right? The hotel surrounding was great though, beautiful treets, green everywhere, wonderful sea view etc. The beach itself? Hmmm...they charge you for everything and wifi in the hotel as well. The pool bar is not open all day long, the other bar that is open until later does not serve any food after 16:30 and the restaurant is also closed in the afternoon. We did want to spend money, but the hotel did not seem to care about this as there was no place where to do so. If you want a relaxing day by the sea, go to the surrounding beaches.
