Comfortable room
Good location, friendly staff. The hotel is a mix of old and new. Our room was in the new part, everything freshly done. Comfortable space with all amenities.

Good hotel for an affordable price - recommend it.
The family room was great with two seperate rooms. Could not have asked for more provided the affordable price. I would certainly recommend this to any family for an easy stay over. Breakfast was OK. Only complaint is that the area (on Weekends and Holidays I presume) is quite noisy. Trains/buses are close, and many loud people are moving in the area.

The building was very old with a very small elevator and although the room was nice and big but they had no telephone in the room, no amenities, no coffee machine.....

Gutes Stadthotel mit sehr netten Personal. Die Zimmer sind Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Badezimmer sehr sauber und recht neu. Frühstück in Buffetform sehr gut für diese Hotel Kategorie. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage. Das geräumige Zimmer und das nette, zuvorkommende Personal haben den Aufenthalt dennoch angenehm gemacht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot eine große Auswahl. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung!

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral. Nur 15 Gehminuten von der Documentahalle entfernt. Das Frühstück ist grandios und das Personal fanastisch und sehr zuvorkommend.

Schöne Unterkunft, leider war das Zimmer zur Straße hin und man hörte die ganze Nacht die Straßenbahn. Zudem hatten wir das Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl. Dieser ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war ebenfalls sehr laut. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Auch der Rest war in Ordnung.
