A large living / dining / work area, which also serves as a sleeping area for 3 people, a guest toilet and a kitchen with built-in furniture, dishwasher, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and electric stove the ground floor area, a bedroom and a full bathroom with bath tub, shower and 2 separate wash basins on the 1st Floor.

Children can be accommodated in the parents' bedroom.

The apartment is fully furnished (newly renovated and furnished), has a digital TV-SAT connection, DVD player, stereo, telephone, internet access (WLAN-DSL (notebook is available)) and the kitchen is fully equipped for a 4 person household ,

Location: The apartment is located on the edge of the forest in the Philippinenhof / Warteberg district in a residential cul-de-sac, and therefore extremely quiet.

The bus stop of line 28 can be reached on foot in 2 minutes,

the university with public transport in 10 minutes, downtown Kassel in 15 minutes.

By bike / car you have to plan about 10/10 minutes to the university and about 20/15 minutes to the city center.

It is possible to take long walks in the adjacent forest and the corridor areas of the city of Vellmar and / or to use them as a running area.

In the district, local supply is guaranteed by 1 bakery, a Rewe local shop and an Aldi.

Furthermore, there is a drugstore, a post agency, a pharmacy, a general practitioner, a dentist, a hairdresser, a savings bank EC machine and a children's playground.

Both Christian denominations are represented with each church and parish hall.

All rooms are equipped with parquet, the kitchen has tiled floors, the guest toilet and the bathroom are tiled to the ceiling. The two floors are connected by an open, spiral wooden staircase.

There is also a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and items, iron and ironing board, books for reading, adult and children's games, toys, picture and story books for children, a rocking horse and a high chair, in addition to the travel cot and extra bed for the “bigger” ones ". If you need childcare, that's not a problem either.

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, nett und herzlich. Nur das Bett im Schlafzimmer hätte etwas breiter sein dürfen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich für ein schnack immer bereit und geben einen noch schöne Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit Allem, was man sich nur wünscht. Kleines Minus ist das 160 cm breite Bett, das mit einer Längsseite an der Wand unter einer Schräge steht, was schade ist, denn in das Zimmer würde ein richtiges bequemes Doppelbett hinein passen. Toll sind die beiden Toiletten und die Badewanne. Wir hatten ein wirklich entspanntes und angenehmes Wochenende. Umbdeing immer den Schlüssel mitnehmen ist Wichtig, denn wenn man im Garten eine raucht und am frühen Abend die Rollos runter fahren könnte es ein Problem geben, wieder in die Wohnung zu gelangen und die Rollos wieder hoch zu fahren.

Behagliches, gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Domizil, freundliche Gastgeber, ruhige Wohngegend, gute Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn. Alles bestens. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Diese Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen aber dennoch zentralenWohngegend von Kassel. Diese gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung bietet alles was von zum wohl fühlen benötig. Unser Aufenthalt war leider viel zu kurz, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
