The hotel is not easy to find but the area is within walking distance to places we visit. The hotel is next to a night club, music was on till 3 in the morning, we cannot go to sleep. There is no hot water most of the time and are cockroach running on the bed.

Close to centre but wouldn't recommend it
At first they wouldn't let us check in because they said that Expedia does not send them the money for the bookings (we had prepaid). I had to threaten to call the Tourist Police and they backed down. The hotel is difficult to access (but that may only be this week) because the narrow alley that leads to it is currently being dug up for new pipes.
