The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The driver was right on time to pick us up from the airport. The manager arranged a tour guide for us within 30 minutes of check in. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.

This really is a safe lovely quiet oasis in the middle of bustling Kathmandu. The staff is so very very nice, the manager is attentive and helpful, the restaurant is excellent both inside and outside in the covered garden where you have privacy but still the feel of being in the city. Will always stay here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect ..it all just added up to a lovely place of comfort and respite surrounded by genuinely nice and friendly faces …after touring and shopping and walking ..such a perfect place to come home to!
