Terrible stay

Gyser does not work. You need to call reception for hot water bucket. Free breakfast is pathetic. Rooms are depressing with very dim light.

Welcoming & accommodating staff - very good hotel

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They provided lots of advice on local know-how on where to visit, how to get there etc. The hotel is clean and tidy. The local area is busy, dusty with lots of traffic (like much of Kathmandu) but it was close to several sights in the North-east side of the city. The hotel is not located in the "touristic center" of Kathmandu but it is close to a major junction for easy access to other parts of the city.
