Great Location and Great Owners
I had a lovely stay at Apollonia. I actually ended up going back there to stay when I returned later in my trip. The decor is a little dated but nonetheless the apartments were clean and had all the provisions that you would expect in an apartment. I would definitely recommend other to stay there given the above, the location (5 minute walk fro Paphos Harbour) and the price. The owners were very helpful and friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed, including organising any taxis that I required.

perfect aparthotel
Extremely happy with my stay here, Maria and her family are very sweet and helpful. The room was perfect for, the kitchette has all the essentials you need to make your self a dinner. I'm a cat lover and there are many around , so i wasn't bothered , but something to think about if you dont like felines. All the other guests I met have been coming here for years that tells you something in itself.

It is spacious, clean, tidy and the supplied stuff all works. It is, as shown in the pictures, slightly retro but as I've said in good clean working order so it is to know, not a problem at all. The servicing was all faultless in our 11 days. The walk from the harbour to the apartment is interesting, certainly in February it is difficult to tell what is over supplied and are now derelict clubs and bars vs just tatty or resting for the winter. However when you have walked the 10 minutes to the apartment you will be glad you did. The Indian restaurant opposite is very good. The supermarkets also with a choice of 2 local ones and the actual surroundings of the apartments is fine and residential. The team running it are lovely, I would stay again and recommend it to anybody. Know it is 5-10 minutes from the front and that can be through Paphos tattier side but that is really not a problem, just to say if you are walking there for the first time and are feeling nervous don't be. The area is friendly and day or night relaxed to walk around.

Fantastic Paphos gem
Amazing value for money, with no hidden additional costs. Fantastic central location, compared to the rest of the vast expanse of Paphos, from the beach to the main strip and harbour only a short 5 minute walk and 10 minute walk to Kings avenue mall, where there is an array of stores and eateries. Extremely friendly owners, and staff, who warmly welcomed me to the hotel and thoroughly showed me through my room, clearly explaining how everything works from the gate to the free aircon and offered their help 24/7 in case of emergency. Large comfy bed in a spacious, well equipped apartment including a secure safe. Free wifi in the room and by the pool. Everything was cleaned to a high standard daily, including fresh sheets and towels. Nice balcony overlooking a beautiful pool with an abundance of sun loungers and a large self service food and drinks area, and a pleasant pool waterfountain at night. 100% recommend

Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed my stay! The apartments lie within comfortable walking distance of the harbour and the bar street while still not being too close. Pool area was very cosy, perfect spot to spend some down time during the day if you’ve got nothing else planned. The room itself got everything you need, including a very effective AC unit keeping the temperature at night very comfortable! WIFI was also good, I could watch Netflix without any problems.

Location great for Kato Paphos Harbour area. Shower good. Apartment 3a seemed more like should be staff quarters as on road, overlooking wasteland rather than within complex with a pool view. Charged full price, circa €40 per night for 2. No tin opener, reception closed in evening, was told to come back in morning, but needed for evening meal! Needed self catering for dietary reasons. Microwave blew fuses, reluctantly changed over. Disappointing stay, seemed expensive (out of season) for apartment with no view, lacked shelf in bathroom for toiletries, hooks on wall, instead of wardrobe, tv on side wall so hard to view from bed. 1 stool, 1 chair, no table to eat together. Could've been so much better if owners had shown positivity with customer service and a few more hospitable provisions.

Great self-serve apartment in excellent location
Great Stay. Daily housekeeping, big kitchen and living room. Large patio. Everything you need for self-service apartment. Very nice pool. As other people said they really need to upgrade the old furniture. But everything else was so perfect I still give them high rating.

Quiet location but still close to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Owners very helpful when i was ill and even took me to hospital. If i do go back to Paphos i would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Perfect amenities. Near everything important including the harbor and bus lines. Great wifi for business. Quiet. No interruptions. Excellent housekeeping staff. Spotless apartment. Simple accomodations but very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Pool very nice. Lovely management. I really understand the high ratings and join them. There are a lot of signs letting you know the rules--although they are not pretty, I appreciate not having to ask and so it's not a negative.

Great apartments 12 to 15 mins from sea.
Great family run apartments. They couldn’t do enough. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a more relaxed and well run place. Clean & tidy with practically everything you need as part of the price. We were meant to check out at 11 but were allowed to stay at no extra cost until we left in the later afternoon! Absolutely brilliant and an extra morning & afternoon down by the pool!! Will def go back!!!

The grounds around the pool area were quite pretty, and a nice place to relax. At check-in, the staff were very accommodating with our arrival schedule and were extremely thorough in explaining the amenities both at the apartments and in the immediate surroundings.

Super clean apartments in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk to everything you'll want to see in Paphos. Very spacious and got an unexpected upgrade to the 2 bedroom. Very nice! I also recommend you use them to arrange airport transfers as the taxi driver, Kristel, gave me a mini tour on the way, explaining a bit about the area. She was really nice and helpful, as were the apartment hosts.

Full studio apartment for a comfortable stay
The apartment was well equipped and the staff was very friendly and accommodating of our late arrival. The pool looked beautiful and well maintained, though it was still a bit chilly for a dip. Located in a more residential area it had good parking and was less than a 10 minute walk to the centre. I liked that the hallway was lined with bookcases and reading options, and the outdated artwork was a hoot.

Ideal Honeymoon Choice
On arrival at 10pm we received a speedy, but complete, personal introduction to our room by the owner, which allowed us to get to the nearby supermarket for breakfast supplies before it closed. Room servicing could be carried out later than in many places and meant that after a lie in the room still got cleaned, (and cleaned very well!). Any problems or queries were immediately attended to by the owners or reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception personnel, who arranged a very special tour of the local area and a winery with an excellent local company. The pool and surrounding area was very clean, very well serviced and the owners brought a little treat around to those by the pool virtually every day, which ranged from a fresh fruit juice, to a very tasty kebab! Even at our time of departure the owners helped out by contacting the taxi company who's pre booked airport taxi failed to arrive. We had an excellent stay and, like many of the guests there when we visited, w would not hesitate to return again. Highly recommend! Michael and Deb.

Apollonia Holiday Apartments er et utrolig trivelig overnattingssted. Veldig godt renhold, bra service, du blir tatt veldig godt vare på. Stedet føles trygt. Egen inngjerdet parkeringsplass om du kommer med bil. Fint bassengområde. Billig, og du får mye for pengene, bla velkomstpakke inkl 1 flaske god rødvin. Gratis WiFi. Internettkafé i nabobygget. Stedet er Veldig sentralt i Kato Paphos, 10-15 min å gå ned til havna, til strender og severdigheter. Butikker og restauranter i gåavstand. Om du ikke liker sand, kan du bade ved havna. Der er vannet krystallklart. Apollonia Holiday Apartments anbefales på det varmeste.

Struttura molto curata e pulizia e attenzione al cliente davvero encomiabili. Non ho usufruito della piscina sulla quale non posso dare un giudizio. Ottima posizione per godere di una vacanza al centro di Paphos, ma abbastanza defilata da non essere al centro della movida e garantire anche spazi di riposo.
